  1. I really need help with my Wiko slide2. The phone turned off about three days ago since then i have not been able to use it. if i remove the battery and insert back the phone will show some features as if it wants to come on, but after a while it will just go off again. Sometimes after a number of hours it will suddenly come on and give me instructions to set the phone on, once i finish doing that, the phone will go off again and will never come on again, even though the battery is charged. At this point i’m kind off confused on how to resolve this problem. i need help…

    1. Hi
So sorry to hear about your phones problem. From your explanation for the fault, it seems your device has a faulty power IC or perhaps a software malfunction. Whichever one, the final diagnosis should be done by phone technicians. I suggest you take the device to a Slot phone outlet nearest to you. Slot has sold Wiko phones for years now, hence, they are expected to have engineers who can repair the device perfectly. I hope this helps.

      Good luck

  2. hello
kindly help me to resolve the issue with my wiko slide 2, its working very slowly and sometime hanging. despites having up to 659 MB free space. please help me to solve this slow motion.

    1. Hi,
Sorry to hear that. To resolve the issue you have to check/resolve the following. 1. Is 70-90% of your devices RAM always in use by background processes? If the answer is yes then you have to uninstall some autostart apps, as well as other applications that you do not use often. You can also disable the autostart function of some apps.

      2. Free up some internal memory space. Save files to your external memory.

      3. Scan your device for virus

      4. Do not use the device for prolonged hours. This leads to overheating and will result in lagging.

  3. My wiko battery has stopped working and i have searched everywhere but couldnt find it is there anywhere i can find the battery

    1. Hello,
Sorry to hear that. Getting a new battery will not be easy as Wiko’s presence in the country is limited. However, I recommend that you begin your search from Slot mobile. They are a notable seller of Wiko devices.
