Info about d Itel Inote Prime is not totally correct. Its front & rear camera are not 8 mega pixel. It’s obvious it isn’t even up to 5 mega pixel. So if u want to purchase this device, think twice, especially if u are a fan of pics.

Open your App drawer. Navigate to settings > All > Backup and reset. Click on reset. Follow the procedures

Currently, I don’t have a working solution for changing your imei to Glo Bis due to the fact that I don’t have the phone with me. You can root the itel it1701 with KingRoot app. You can search the Android Nigeria for a tutorial on how to use kingroot.

Yeah! Visit the nearest Carl care shop close to you, they will fix the broken screen. If you can’t then visit a good phone technician to fix it.

The phone is good and the ba3 is quite okay if u run it on 3G, even though d camera isn’t up to specification, bt then if its mainly for snapping, then go buy a camera, and for those having ba3 problems, its nt only on ds phone, if u are constantly charging ur phone, it spoils d ba3 life, believe me, it had happened to me, I think d phone should be rated 4.2 of 5

I cant really help you on this as I don’t really understand your questions. I thinking since it has to do with keyboard malfunctioning, you should check out the keyboard settings or download SwiftKey keyboard from play store.

For Battery issue, charge upto 100% atleast twice a month. 90-95% is ok per charge.
Reduce the contrast of your phone, off your connectivites when your not using them because they consumes greater %of battery.
I learnt this when I was using just Tecno D5.
The keyboard is working fine. If you don’t like the default keyboard you can download SwiftKey keyboard from play store to replace the default keyboard. Also thanks for the few battery tips.

Sorry for the delay. The phone Specs are correct. Note that the picture quality of different phone manufacturer with the same camera pixels differs. The 8MP camera on itel differs from that in tecno or infinix.
Itel camera dont interprete colors well and pictures are not clear.

There is nothing wrong with the phone. The phone is exactly what I wanted,the camera is good. Please increase the brightness when ever you want to snap , that will give u greater quality.
The only problem I have with mine is that it doesn’t charge 100% .It all started the moment my friend’s son damaged my charger. So I think it has to do with the charger I am using and I am going to change it to be sure of that. I have never used it for 8hrs without charging ever since the charger was damaged. Every thing about the phone is very OK.

The specs of Itel inote 1701 are not genuine. Its 8MP is working like 100times pinhole camera! It’s 8 GB ROM is only 4 GB, Leaving only 2.9GB for you. It’s 3000amh battery is like a 1800mah battery (I compared it’s battery life with a Tecno™ Y4 after charging for the first time). It’s running behind time operating with an unupgradable 4.4.2 android kitkat.
It’s display is fine though but if you are buying the phone just for the sake of the big screen, then go for it. Remember it’s smartphone flip case is made of the poorest materials, it starts cracking the first week after buying it.

Sorry to hear that. I was wondering where did you file the device? If it was not at a certified itel repair center (Carl care center) then you have to take it there. Phones need proprietary parts to make it function as it was designed. It’s a Carl care repair center within your environment, they should be able to fix it. Best of luck
