Hi, my name i Vivienne. Am in Kenya. I have Fero V501 and i love it. However, sometimes it is quite disappointing. It “hangs” alot and keeps on updating my contact list especially whenever am in a hurry to call someone. Also, mine has a crack on the screen. I was told by the dealers here in Kenya that i can only get another screen in Nigeria. I usually think that my phone started problems after it got the crack on the screen. (It was barely two months old). Now what would you advice me? To replace the screen or to stay with it that way? Its camera is but i cant take clear selfies at night even when i use flash. Hello Vivien, Looking at the challenge you have, I’m quite sure it will be expensive getting the screen from Nigeria considering so many factors. The cost may even amount to buying a new phone. So it’s either you use the phone as it is or buy a new one when the resources are available. I have used the Fero V501 and never experienced the hanging and contact updates issue.
my phone fero v501 goes off randomly both when in use and when not in use. the worst is that it goes off when am using it. i am freaking tired of the phone and its problems. please help me
