I am a user of itel1502. I used the phone for more than a month. I used to think that the phone is cool, until when I removed its cover. Sorry to say that the makers are fake. Because without cover, you will definitely have problems when making and receiving calls

when I bought mine also d mouth pix was not okay. each time I want to make a call I will have to remove the back cover or use earpiece before making calls. aside from that the battery is an error. it doesn’t last longer unlike other smartphone it drain fast. if you charge it 100% before you know it within 30 mins it has drain. the worst part of it is that when you charge it100% in the night before going to bed in d morning it will drain to 20 % . when you use power bank or car to charge it, immediately you unplug it it will drain instantly. I regret buying itel 1502. I Neva for once enjoy the f

compared to other smartphone’s price with the same specs, the phone is wonderful, I’ve used it for a year but apart from few
problems like power thirsty & rebooting itself which I experienced even in standard smartphones which may be as a result of android version also, I congratulate itel for a such great cheap product .

Hello I have been using itel 1502 f0r a while now I think the phone is good. But my battery runs down very fast I need a new and good battery how do I recognise a good battery? And ram how do I check the size because I used an application to check the RAM size and it gave me 512mb instead of 1gb, thanks for responding.

Hello, It depends to your phone usage. Itel it1701 has a strong battery, Innjoo halo and halo plus, and Infinix hot note.

Itel it1502 is very good, both the camera and browsing fantastic, it’s what am using now, if you switched off the phone by removing the battery without the use of power on/off key it will reboot for few mins b4 it finally switch on, so enjoy your phone, with the price and performance the phone is ok!
my itel 1502 phone is fantastic. nice camera, excellent ba3 and others. But 3G only on the browsing settings for sim 1 does not work and sim 2 is 2g only. av tried with glo, mtn and even etisalat. i cant acess youtube, play store and even my mail. its worrisome. only 2g browsing works well on sim 1.kindly advise what to do pls.
