Gionee Elife S8 Specifications, Features and Price

The Gionee Elife S8 flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) AMOLED display with support for 3D Touch pressure sensitive touch technology. . The phone runs on a high end Quad core MTK processor, MediaTek Helio P10 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It also offers 64GB internal storage.

On the photography front, the Elife S8 is equipped with a 16-megapixel f/1.8 rear camera with laser autofocus, and PDAF. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. It also features 3,000mAh battery, Hi-Fi and DTS audio support, and a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button up front. The phone is powered on Gionee own Amigo 3.2 User interface with android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow). The software has some more interesting touches like the ability to support two WhatsApp accounts. Also announced was Gionee Abroad, a travel assistance app that will now make it to handsets outside the Chinese markets.

Coming to connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G bands ( dual SIM setup) VoLTE support and Cat 6 LTE as well.
