I jst bought p5+ but d internal memory is showing 2.42G as opposed to the said 8G. Dnt know what the problem is
Use a file manager or go to the settings and click storage to calculate the total phone memory if it’s not up to 7.8gb. Kindly return the phone to where you got it.

Good evening,pls have tired have been having a problem with my tecno p5+.Any time i switch it on it would only be showing ‘Experience SmartLife Now’ and that’s all instead of booting,have done the hard reset but it’s still d same.Please help me out.
