Asus Zenfone 3 specification and price

Asus has announced three new entrants to the Zenfone 3 series during the just concluded event at Computex Tapie. The three new devices are competitive as they sport good specifications, the variants include Asus Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe, and Zenfone 3 Ultra.  The Zenfone 3 is the basic device of the three, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe is an upgrade to the Zenfone 3 with an impressive 6GB RAM as well as a premium design and the Zenfone Ultra is also an upgrade to the Zenfone 3 Deluxe as regards screen size; this variant has a phablet screen size.

Asus Zenfone 3

Asus Zenfone 3 comes with a metal and glass body, carrying a 5.5-inch full HD screen on its front. Under the hood, the device has 4GB RAM clubbed with a Qualcomm SnapDragon 625 processor and 64GB internal storage. For picture taking and video recording, Zenfone 3 comes with 16MP rear camera equipped with Tritech auto focus, and LED flash. An 8MP camera sits atop the devices front side. Powering the device is a 3000mAh battery, and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Asus Zen UI 3.0 layered on top. Other notable specifications of the Asus Zenfone 3 is its fingerprint scanner, which is placed on the devices back, USB type C port, and 4G connectivity. Zenfone 3 comes in Shimmer Gold, Aqua Blue, Moonlight White, Sapphire Black, Special: Nebula, Crystal Frost, and Glaze colours. Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe

Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe betters the Zenfone 3 in terms of specifications as the device comes with 6GB RAM, a full metal body that conceals antenna lines and crams a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen. Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe houses a Qualcomm SnapDragon 820 SoC matched with a roomy 64GB internal storage. On the back of the device, you will find a 23MP Sony IMX318 camera equipped with f2.0 aperture, 4-axis OIS 4K video with TriTech autofocus system as on the ZenFone 3. An 8MP camera sits atop the devices front. Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with Android Marshmallow out of the box, a USB Type-C 3.0 port and a similar 3,00mAh battery, however it is equipped with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support. The device also comes wih a finger print scanner and will wear either gray, silver, or gold colour. Zenfone 3 Deluxe pricing starts at $499 (well over 100,000).

Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra

Asus Zenfone 3 Ultra is the largest of them all, sporting a massive 6.8-inch full HD screen; this makes the device borderline phablet and tablet. The device is powered by a 4,600mAh and runs on 4GB RAM. A SnapDragon 625 chipset and 64GB storage space can be found within the device. For pictures and videos, Zenfone 3 Ultra is equipped with a 23MP  rear camera. The device also comes with a USB-type C 3.0 port. The devices pricing starts at $479, which well over a N100,000.
