That feeling you get when unwrapping a gift describes the excitement I had doing the Infinix S2 Unboxing. That said, on a more serious note, it was a mixture of curiousity driven by high expectations going by the hype prior to the launching of the device. We really were not sure of what to expect from the device. The question was “will it meet the set standard for an Infinix phone or not?”. Without letting the cat out of the bag, let’s find out together what the Infinix S2 pack holds in stock for us.

What The Package Contains:

The package contains:

1. The Infinix S2 device
2. 1 USB cable
3. 1 USB Adapter
4. 1 Earphone
5. 1 Sim/Memory Card Slot Ejector Pin

Immediately you hold the Infinix S2, you are quickly reminded of the Zero 4, the metallic body is just the same and the only difference is the position of the camera flash at the back. Unlike the Infinix Zero 4 that came with premium packaging, the S2 packaging is just as simple as it can be with the contents slotting fittedly into their spaces. 🙂

Camera

The Unique Selling Point of the S2 is the camera, especially the front camera! At the front of the S2 you have DUAL cameras. Any smartphone photographer who observes the placement of the front cameras will instantly picture how these, with those two sensors, will produce stunning pictures wherever whenever.

Branded the “wefie master” the S2’s dual front cameras are 8MP and 13MP matched with a LED flash. On the back, the device sports a 13MP camera with LED Flash. The S2 Pro’s front camera has 135-degree wide angle capturing capability. I can’t wait to put the cameras to test because I see a lot of possibilities with them, especially the 13MP at the front.

There’s also the fingerprint sensor that’s becoming a regular in all Infinix devices.

Infinix S2 and S2 Pro come with a hybrid SIM slot. That means you will have to remove a SIM if you want to expand tyour storage space. Yeah, not really something to smile about but it can be overlooked.

Other notable accessories that come with he device include; screen protector, instruction manual and warranty card.
