Open app drawer , Navigate to Settings >> Backup and Reset
Click on Factory data Reset
Confirm the process by clicking on Reset phone
Wait for your phone to reboot.

•Power off your phone
•Hold the volume Down and unlock button together(hold for few seconds) . your phone will boot into engineering mode.
•use your volume buttons to scroll down and select Factory reset or Delete all Data.
•Confirm your selection.
Once the process is complete , your phone will automatically reboot.
I put anti-theft luck and when I changed the sim, it require code or that I don’t remember. I want it unlocked.
Since you can’t remember its unlock code, then you need to uninstall the app. Most times antitheft security apps send your sign up details to your email so check your email. If you didn’t see it then recover the unlock code.
The icon that enable you switch front and back camera has disappeared in my Techno-J7 android phone. It is now only showing front camera and I can’t use it to snap people again except myself. How can I recover that icon so that I can use my camera to take pictures?

I believe this has to do with your sensor settings. Most devices are set that way, try not to cover the top section of your device when making a call. The screen should stay on of not take the deice to a Carl Care center for further assistance.
