The new low end Gionee P5W features a 5 inch HD IPS display. 720 x 1280 pixels (~294 ppi pixel density) proudly runs on 1.3 GHZ quad core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

The handset runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS and comes with dual-3G SIM accessibility. Additionally, the Gionee P5W comes with 5-megapixel-rear camera accompanied by a LED flash, a front-facing 2MP shooter.

According to Timir Baran Acharyya, GM, Gionee India said, “P5W comes in exciting color ranges from white, blue, red, yellow and black etc. Aiming specifically at the youth of the country, we are sure that the device would gauge tremendous interest as like its predecessors.”
