The phone is another ground breaking among its mates like gionee, infinix, micromax, lenovo, huawei etc. The only problem with it is the non removable battery.

Then your memory card is infected. Try using another memory card. If problem persist Reset your phone.
Hi everybody. I bought a new tecno S9 today and after inserting a sim card and charging it, attempted to switch it on but instead of going into active screen, an image resembling a fuel filter filter appeared on the screen with the inscription ” send the package you want to apply to the device with adb sideload ” and the screen has remained frozen since then. I pressed the power button for a long time but there was no response. What should I do?. Thanks.
Go back to where you brought phone and return it. If you can’t return it gives it to an experienced phone repairer to flash/fix it.

Backup your important files and apps, then do a factory reset on the phone. That will resolve the problem.
my tecno s9 wont power on at all,
My techno s9 goes blank/black during calls and does not come back on until I long press the power button. During the call, the proximity sensor shows a red light. I have tried cleaning the sensor in case of dirt, to no avail and there is no screen guard covering it. Pls I need your help. NOTE: if I take it to a very bright place, it doesn’t go blank.
It could be a software issue. Try scanning for viruses first, afterwards, take your device to the nearest carlcare center in your area. The device needs the service of certified professionals.

Hey, I am not familiar with the Tecno S9 camera interface. However, most Tecno devices have a camera interface that is quite navigable. In your case, I recommend that you learn the camera interface through trial and error. For what it is worth, the camera switch icon is usually at the top menu in your camera mode or at the bottom corner. Try these suggestions and don’t forget to tell us what worked.
