If you find your self in such situation all you need do is a Factory Reset On Your Android , although this depends on if your device is rooted or not. In my case , the device is plain (not rooted / hacked) and so it was easy but if yours is rooted you might need to do more than just factory reset.

How To Fix Android Device Can’t Boot

Like I said , you can fix this by doing a factory reset. How To Factory Reset On Android

Hold your Power Button and Volume Down (-) together for 5secs. Doing so will bring out the following options

Fastboot
Recovery
Factory Reset
SIM Lock
HBoot USB
Image CRC
Show Barcode

Use your volume button to scroll to Factory Reset and use your power button to click on it. The Reset should begin immediately and your device should boot thereafter.

*Note : This process will wipe out all your apps and data but you have a backup you can always replace.
